DUE to COVID 19 and the GLOBAL CONTAINER LARGE DELAYS times may change from the standard wait time( 4-5 months) to receive your order over 5+ months . We can ONLY estimate as the Pandemic keeps changing and Country Restrictions delay the process. WE are sorry for the inconvenience please be patience with us. Refunds have a processing fee of 5% 5 days after your order is placed if you decide to cancel . After 5 days from the ordering date, refunds are not allowed as production will start on the order and arrange Logistics strategies for your order from Japan to your country . IF you can not wait and be patient PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDER at this time. RUSH ORDERS : We have suspended this service till further notice .

Please note: Orders outside Japan and United States of America REQUIRE customers to contact us BEFORE placing an order for Accurate shipping charges and Production Lead time. If you have purchased and did not contact us from outside the USA, we will contact you and work on the lowest price we can offer you. U.S.A orders unless we find a discrepancy we will not be contacting you.  Car Modify Wonder products are ALL Hand Made to order Lead times vary on production. Product lead time is roughly now 5-7 Months plus delivery. Order cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of Hand Made Products . Again if you can not wait please do not Order . Returns Policy

You may return opened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund after inspection when returned back to the our facility  a minimum 40% restocking fee is charged or more if there is damage to the product and considered not a resalable item,  partial refund of 30% restocking after 30 days for non damaged items . Any opened items returned After 30 days is subject to inspection  and a minimum 60% restocking fee is charged or more if there is damage to the product and considered not a resalable item, partial refund of 40% restocking after 30 days for non damaged items .

Items damage during shipping will need to produce a claim please send pictures via email we will prioritize your damage item as soon as possible with our shipper .Wrong item shipped will be covered 100% and a new item will be shipped out as soon as possible if this is the case we apologize we strive and check each item 2 to 3 times  before shipping out to avoid inconvenience. Customers cover there own return shipping UNLESS wrong item was send our company will cover shipping cost to resend new item out.Shipping cost not refundable.

In the event we issue a full or partial refund you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. ALL our Dealers are mainly drop ship service to expedite orders . Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will only ship to an address that is on file with the credit card. It can be either the Billing address or a Secondary / Alternate address. Orders that are paid via Paypal can only be shipped to the confirmed Paypal address.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and size alike. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.

Any multi part order will be shipped together when all parts are in stock.
